“You can manipulate and explore data in Excel using charts and Python libraries, then use Excel formulas, charts and pivot tables to further refine your insights,” points out Microsoft executive Stefan Kinnestrand. “Now you can do advanced data analysis in the familiar Excel environment,” he adds.

Support for Python in Microsoft Excel is available in the trial version of the program, distributed to Microsoft 365 Insiders subscribers in the Beta Channel. There is still no forecast for the definitive release of the novelty, but it should happen in the future.
